The “lucky 13th” annual Over 50 Fair is taking place from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., September 18, at the Melville Marriott. With more than 60 exhibitors and 20 classes, the event is part health and wellness fair and part activities and lifestyle expo for adults over age 50. 

Exhibitors will promote health and wellness products and services, travel, activities, financial services, legal services, non-profits, psychic readings and much more. Guests can experience energy healings for pain relief, health evaluations, chair massage and energy screenings. 

Classes will be held throughout the day, including ones on immune system boosting, reiki, hypnosis, dating and sex after 50, and Medicare. A comedian will provide entertainment, and a singles lounge will bring people together for free matchmaking. Several former Ms. New York Senior America winners will be on hand to mingle with attendees. Canned goods brought to the event can be exchanged for raffle tickets for a chance to win some great prizes.
