Meditation, writing and contemplation for women.
What does your inner wisdom want you to know?
Give yourself the gift of breath and presence during a 60-minute exercise incorporating meditation, contemplation and writing.
Connect with the deepest part of yourself and explore what is awakened in you and your writing. After a brief meditation exercise, we will write in response to the silence or a question for contemplation. Other prompts such as music, poems, prayers and quotes may also be offered.
