Natural Awakenings Free Virtual Group Meditation

This month’s Natural Awakenings NYC and Long Island virtual community meditation group takes place from 6 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 12, via Google Meets.  

Mind-Body-Breath, the first collaborative local Natural Awakenings wellness initiative, began in November of 2022 and has been gaining traction ever since. This free reader’s group begins with an open forum for attendees to briefly share thoughts on mindfulness and stress reduction, followed by 20 minutes of meditation facilitated by Natural Awakenings NYC-Long Island Co-Publisher Michael Lehrman.

“I’m grateful to have this opportunity to spend quality time with Natural Awakenings readers in such a peaceful setting,” affirms Natural Awakenings NYC-Long Island Co-publisher, Michael Lehrman. “With all the exciting opportunities for play during the summer months, it’s nice to balance it out with a regular meditation practice. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator, or just stopping by to see what it’s all about, we invite you to join us as we take some time to pause and refresh together.”

Prior experience is unnecessary; participants can choose on or off-camera, and the sessions are not recorded.
