Natural Awakenings Free Virtual Group Meditation

This month’s Natural Awakenings NYC and Long Island virtual community meditation group takes place from 6 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 16, via Google Meets.  

Mind-Body-Breath, the first collaborative local Natural Awakenings wellness initiative, began in November of 2022 and has been gaining traction ever since. This free reader’s group begins with an open forum for attendees to briefly share thoughts on mindfulness and stress reduction, followed by 20 minutes of meditation facilitated by Natural Awakenings NYC-Long Island Co-Publisher Michael Lehrman.

“I’ve enjoyed meeting and spending quality time with Natural Awakenings readers in such a relaxed setting,” affirms Natural Awakenings NYC-Long Island Co-publisher, Michael Lehrman. “With the busyness of fall just around the corner, I feel grateful to have my regular meditation practice. And I love nothing more than sharing it with others in our Natural Awakenings family. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator, or just stopping by to see what it’s all about, please join us as we relish in some much-needed downtime together.”

Prior experience is unnecessary; participants can choose on or off-camera, and the sessions are not recorded.
