Ascension via the Human Portal became ‘Plan B’ in 2012. Marconics Ascension Energy was handed down specifically to clear lifetimes of distortion in the Spiritual DNA of those that are being redeemed and recalled to their planets of origin; and to correct deliberate corruptions in the Earth’s grid.

Our mission is to retrieve those Lightworkers that arrived in multiple waves of volunteers who descended to Earth in rescue missions following the Fall of Atlantis and Lemuria. They have accrued great density here. 

As the spiritual body continues to direct the transmutation of cells and molecules in the physical vehicle to light, it impacts the biological body construct at every level, causing a myriad of symptoms that may mimic serious medical conditions: 

  • Ascension ‘flu-bola’ – like the flu, but worse

  • Extreme exhaustion and adrenal fatigue that causes stress and anxiety

  • Sleeplessness 

  • Loss of appetite, or feeling ravenous 

  • Allergies to food or environment

  • Digestive issues

  • Stiffness and pain in joints and tissues

  • Memory loss

As you continue to raise vibration, other symptoms can be even more severe and the body consciousness may interpret incoming electromagnetic frequencies as an invasion, responding as it would to a virus. 

Your perception and your attitude toward these things are most important in allowing the swift assimilation of these incoming frequencies. However, symptoms will recur each time you plateau at the next vibrational rise and draw down a higher level of consciousness. Accepting and aligning with a sense of gratitude and wonder at the miracle you are, is the best course of action you can take. Anything else—frustration or descending into anger and fear—is resistance, which will only cause more pain for longer. If you need to see your doctor so that you can be reassured there is nothing wrong with you, then do so if it brings you peace of mind.

Maintaining Homeostasis

The body’s systems work together in synthesis to maintain stability. Homeostasis keeps the body stable and regulated. However, like a carefully balanced deck of cards, if one topples over, the others come tumbling down. 

Metamorphosis comes at a price. We must demonstrate faith and trust in the process as we ride the waves. Below are suggestions on how to make the process more comfortable. 

  1. Ground yourself every morning while sitting on the edge of the bed. 

  2. Walk outside in bare feet whenever possible. 

  3. Avoid stimulants when symptoms are active including coffee, alcohol and over-seasoned foods. 

  4. Consume light meals versus heavy, dense meals that require the body to focus on digestion. 

  5. Drink water often and keep a jug of water handy with a few slices of lemon and limes nearby. Water is a natural diuretic, though it rehydrates, reduces inflammation, restores pH balance, lowers blood pressure, relieves constipation and improves skin health. 

  6. Drink herbal teas such as passionflower for insomnia reduction, peppermint tea to combat fatigue, or chamomile and lavender to soothe anxiety. 

  7. Condition hair, nails and skin by taking biotin as a supplement. Tea tree oil shampoo stimulates new hair growth. 

  8. Ease heartburn. This symptom of higher activation can be eased by eating smaller, lighter meals more often. Apple cider vinegar helps soothe heartburn while pineapple eases bloating. Rubbing peppermint oil on the stomach can help with digestion.

  9. Move energy. Dancing and all forms of exercise can assist energy to move through the energetic pathways that are being created in the new templates. 

  10. Alternate ‘cold and hot’ packs. Cold reduces inflammation. Remember to follow with a warm pack to ease the muscles, ligaments and tendons. 

  11. Soothe burning electrical sensations. These sensations can be immediately eased by running your feet or lower limbs under cold running water.

  12. Relieve localized pain. You can use a ‘hands-on’ method of connecting to the energy in your body and drawing it down. Place one hand above where the symptomatic pain occurs—like the knee—and another on the joint below. This will create a “jumper cable” effect. Over a period of minutes, you will draw the pain down to the ankle. Move down the body, hand-over-hand, and coax the pain out through the soles of the feet.
