Holiday Dreams, an organization dedicated to bringing holiday dreams to life for families in need, is hosting Gift of Growth Conference on December 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Watermill Caterers in Smithtown, New York.  “Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences that not only spread joy but also make a positive impact on our communities,” says Holiday Dreams Founder, Rhonda Klch. “The true essence of the holidays lies in the spirit of giving and coming together. For this event, now in its 14th year, Klch chose to create a special day for attendees, with a program dedicated to the growth and development of their business. Various dynamic speakers and business leaders, including renowned motivational speakers Dave Meltzer and James Dixon; Super Bowl champion, Tim Wright; and award-winning television host, Forbes Riley will share the stage and discuss topics such as growth and scalability, systems, operations, finding purpose, and more. 

Each event ticket purchased helps support the hundreds of families enrolled annually in the Holiday Dreams program. “Let’s spread joy and warmth by bringing gifts and hope to families who could use the extra support during the holiday season,” invites Klch. “The day will be filled with activities designed to create memorable moments, followed by an evening of fun and socializing at the after-party.
