Together, we will explore movement, sound, breath, diet, herbals and aromatics that help us flow and make the most out of this magical season. We will conclude our gathering by making beautiful aromatic bath salts to take home and treat yourself to a bath or a foot bath to detox, rejuvenate and celebrate the season!
