Judith Costa will lead two interactive workshops, Fall in Love… With Yourself! and How to Find Your Soul Mate on June 25 and 26, respectively, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Quest Bookshop, 240 E 53rd St. The workshops can be taken individually or as a complementary pair.

“The two work perfectly together,” Costa says. “The idea is that you need to love yourself to be able to find your soul mate. When you are vibrating love, this is what you manifest in your life.” Admission is $225 per workshop or $350 for both.

Both workshops are designed to be totally experiential, she adds. “They are full of exercises, coaching, reflection, meditation and visualization, and they give the participants the opportunity to work on themselves and to improve their lives.”

Costa, who organizes workshops and retreats around the world, is the author of the upcoming book “How I Found My Soul Mates.” She is also a speaker, seminar leader and unconditional love coach with a master’s degree in psychology and psychotherapy. Using various techniques including coaching, past-life regression, the Akashic Records, astrology and dream interpretation, she works with groups and individuals, online and in person, to help them to overcome inner blocks to love and to know themselves better.
