Cayce Center Celebrates Move with Grand Opening

The Edgar Cayce Center was founded in 1997 by a group of volunteers inspired by Cayce’s life and readings “to manifest the love of God in service to humanity” through its various workshops, classes, groups and wellness services. “We’re very happy to be able to find an accessible space in midtown Manhattan that is a step up in quality, efficiency and aesthetics,” says Center Director and Board Chair Sylvia Chappell. “Now we can continue to be a center of enlightenment for thousands of people in the area seeking to enlighten and enliven body, mind and soul.”
The grand opening program will include a biographical presentation by Sidney Kirkpatrick entitled Edgar Cayce: From Kentucky Farm-Boy to Great American Mystic, from 1 to 5 p.m. on September 24; and a presentation by Sidney and Nancy Kirkpatrick entitled Edgar Cayce: Ushering in the New Consciousness, from 1 to 5 p.m., September 25. The week of September 26 through October 1 will feature free nightly workshops offered by the center’s teachers and holistic-health or psychic/intuitive practitioners.
Space is limited for all events. For info and tickets, visit EdgarCayceNYC.org or call 212-691-7690.
