What drew you to this profession? As a child, I was always fascinated with people and how they related to one another. I observed many relationships that were unhappy and highly toxic. I committed earlier on to do whatever I needed to ensure that I was not a product of similar circumstances. The more I worked on myself through education and personal growth, the more rewarding my life became. This inspired my desire to be a catalyst of change for others. 

How does your work differ from others in your profession? Being trained as a licensed clinical psychotherapist and a board-certified life and wellness coach, I bring a diversified background to work with my clients. My expertise in this profession and my experience as a wife and mother add even more value.

What should someone expect from working with you? Our sessions will be all about you. We'll be sure to pay attention to your needs. Our sessions will be completely confidential and will go at a pace that is comfortable for you.

How is your practice evolving in 2023? I’m now offering virtual sessions. This has allowed for much more flexibility in scheduling appointments. Clients have shared how comfortable it is to do sessions wherever they are—whether on a lunch break, on vacation, or while waiting in their car to pick up their child from school. Phone or video sessions are available.
