Three Steps to Bring Dreams to Life

The Law of Attraction has been a popular topic for years. Some disregard it. Others believe in it wholeheartedly, with many believing they could focus on something desired, and it would show up in their lives. This is partially true.

Everything is energy. Physical objects have energy. Thoughts and feelings do also. Happy thoughts raise one’s energy and sad thoughts lower it. Hence, the practice of gratitude is the first step in applying the Law of Attraction. As people practice gratitude, their ‘baseline’ emotion becomes more positive. They find things they’re grateful for and ultimately more things show up for them to be grateful for. Hence, life gets better and better. Challenges may come, but with a more positive ‘baseline’ they handle challenges more easily.

Consider the phrase: What is focused on expands. There is a system in the human brain called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). This system helps people filter out undesired information and notice what is desired. Similarly, the RAS helps them focus on and attract their dreams. This focus is step two. It helps attract situations that are helpful. It is through gratitude and focus on desires that cause dreams to manifest. 

The last step is this: One must also take action to reach their dreams. Without action steps, dreams remain just that—dreams. However, by incorporating the practice of gratitude into one’s daily life, in addition to maintaining a strong focus and implementing action steps, it becomes possible for anyone to achieve their dreams.
