Mike Rocket and his band will officially release his new song “I’m Dreaming of a Better World” with a celebration concert being held at 7 p.m. on October 28 at the Triad Theater on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. Rocket describes the song as “an awakening song with a search for a more positive world.”

From prestigious festivals like the Firefly Music Festival and SXSW to sharing stages with legends, Rocket's journey is one of unwavering commitment and resonating melody. What began as a poem in 2011 evolved with the guidance of vocal coach Katie Agresta and an unexpected encounter with Clive Davis. “I wanted to include my knowledge and passion for history and concern for equality and justice into a song,” shares Rocket, who believes that every note can spark a transformation, and every melody can be a catalyst for a better world.  

Special guests Emily Keating and Rory D'Lasnow will also be performing.
