Puppy Yoga and Bubbly is an unforgettable wellness event that includes 45 minutes of flow yoga and 30 minutes of chill time—all with a litter of adorable puppies mingling with attendees as they roam the studio. Bottomless mimosas or a non-alcoholic alternative and a take-home polaroid photo with the puppies are also included. 

According to Toronto-based Puppysphere CEO and co-founder, Francesca Albo, Puppysphere was created to share the calming and happiness inducing effects of spending time with animals.
