This Valentine’s season, show your heart some love with a moment of mindfulness. Join Mindful Mondays with Michael—a free virtual meditation session—on Monday, February 24 from 6 to 7 p.m. via Google Meet.

Hosted by Michael Lehrman, co-publisher of Natural Awakenings and a certified mindfulness expert, this monthly series is a heart-centered way to release stress and nurture inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this guided session will help you reconnect with your breath, your heart and your intentions for the months ahead.

“As February invites us to reflect on love and connection, meditation becomes a beautiful way to reconnect with what truly nourishes us,” shares Lehrman. “It’s a practice that calms the mind, strengthens the heart, and cultivates a sense of purpose and clarity.”

For more than two years, Lehrman has been fostering a community of mindfulness enthusiasts through these monthly sessions, offering participants a supportive space to pause, reflect and grow.
