In my heart, I called this place ‘Caravan of Dreams.’”

Before opening the restaurant, Moreno dedicated himself to studying nutrition, herbology and spirituality. “I’ve always believed food is medicine—it has the power to heal,” he says. “I wanted to create a space where people could come to replenish themselves with pure, organic vegan food—both raw and cooked options—that restore the mind, body and spirit. Thankfully, I’ve been able to do that here, alongside a community that inspires me every day.”
