A growing number of wellness seekers are turning to energetic tools that aim to reduce inflammation, balance the body’s electromagnetic field, and support cellular vitality. One of our longtime advertising partners, PolarAid Health, created such a tool—the PolarAid disc—and I recently had the opportunity to try it for myself.

Now, two months in, I find the disc gently woven into my daily routine. One of my favorite rituals is placing my water glass on the disc—it feels like a small, sacred act of nourishment. I also place the disc under my body during rest, or in different rooms to subtly clear the space. As someone who feels environments deeply, I’ve noticed a distinct softening in both my surroundings and my nervous system.

Most noticeably, my sleep has improved. I fall asleep more easily and stay asleep more consistently. That’s no small thing in today’s overstimulating world.
