Harmony is simply another way of saying resonance. To exist in harmony means you must be in vibrational agreement with the environment around you, and within you. 

As powerful creators, we draw to us the people, settings and situations that reinforce the self-perpetuated belief-experience cycle. “I believe it; therefore, it is my reality. It is my reality; therefore, I believe it.” 

Vibrational agreement is an enigma, however, as you can be in agreement with people, settings, situations, ideologies and behaviors that are benevolent and optimal for you, or that are malignant and detrimental to you. Similar to processing karmic imprints and programs, the seeds of belief take up residence in your personal consciousness grid, they magnetize, and you are presented with opportunities to either reinforce the harmonic resonance with it, or dismantle the discordant frequency of it. 

Progression on your personal path of healing, spiritual awakening and ascension will be punctuated with situations where you must make a decision between what is right for you vibrationally and what is expected of you to maintain the status quo. Often these two realities are at odds. Which harmonic bandwidth are you choosing to reside within? 

Your empathy can be called upon by others wanting to be healed as they navigate their own karmic outcomes. Some will claim responsibility for their own healing and sustain a shift into a higher harmonic, but most will keep repeating the cycle, unable to see that they are stuck. When you have an attachment to their outcome and donate your energy in unbalanced support because your programming tells you that is what’s appropriate, necessary and expected, you ultimately sacrifice your own harmonic resonance as the cost to validate others becomes too great. 

For many it is easier to remain within a harmonic field that mirrors back self-doubts, old programs and fears. Even if the vibrational agreement is dysfunctional, it is comforting in its familiarity. 

You can choose differently. You can shift into a higher harmonic even when everything you have experienced to this point comprising your belief system has reinforced a hesitancy to let go of the known. 

The power is within. The actualization of healing and entrainment to true peace is intrinsic if you discern using the heart’s inner truth and knowing as your compass in all things. Choose your own most benevolent reality, envision it, and claim the alignment with the feeling of it. The vibration will reverberate through your cells, echoing through the subtle bodies into the creation fields to be read as a signature of light and sound. The returning frequency will alter your trajectory, enabling your creation of a new heart-centered reality perpetuating a positive ascending spiral.
