Awaken the Soul with Atma Kriya Yoga
For those seeking deeper meaning beyond the daily grind, Soul Awakening: a four-day immersion into Atma Kriya Yoga with Paramahamsa Vishwananda offers a rare opportunity to reconnect with the Divine through the path of bhakti—love and devotion. Taking place September 11 to 14, in Elmira, New York, and online worldwide, this transformative program includes a sacred initiation known as shaktipat, which activates the soul’s awareness and infuses the practice with grace.
Introduced to the world in 2007 by Paramahamsa Vishwananda, a direct disciple of Mahavatar Babaji, Atma Kriya Yoga blends meditation, breathwork and gentle asanas with a deep focus on cultivating love. This is the first time in 17 years that Paramahamsa Vishwananda himself will lead the course and bestow shaktipat.
“When I received my initiation and began to practice, I knew I had found the way home to my true self,” shares Sandy Pendleton, a longtime student. “Colors felt brighter. Relationships softened. And challenges became gateways back to love.”
More than a set of techniques, Atma Kriya Yoga is a living practice that expands the heart, awakens the soul, and anchors practitioners in the presence of the Divine. “If you’ve felt that quiet ache for something more, this is your invitation to discover it,” invites Pendleton. “You are not here just to get through life. You are here to awaken, to love, and to remember who you truly are.”
Spaces are limited and early registration is encouraged. For more information, visit BhaktiMarga.us/SoulAwakening or email [email protected].
