Science Meets Spiritually at Returning NEWLIFE Expo
For more than five decades, Mark Becker—known as the Original Biohacker—has been a transformative force in New York City’s holistic wellness movement—pioneering spaces where spiritual seekers, healers and visionaries come together to explore the full spectrum of human potential. A yoga teacher trained by luminaries such as Swami Satchidananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, Becker has taught thousands of students and helped certify over a thousand instructors. He also founded Serenity and NEWLIFE magazines, amplifying the voices of emerging leaders in health, metaphysics and personal growth long before wellness went mainstream.
But perhaps his most enduring legacy is the NEWLIFE Expo, the longest-running holistic health and consciousness expo in the U.S., returning to New York City November 15 and 16. This year's theme, Balancing Energy, echoes Becker’s own philosophy: true healing involves aligning body, mind and spirit so that life flows with ease rather than resistance.
“Energy must move,” Becker often says. “When it’s blocked—emotionally, physically or spiritually—we suffer. The Expo exists to help people find ways to release, restore and rise.”
The 2025 Expo will feature lectures, panels and workshops spanning natural medicine, quantum healing, bioenergetics, intuitive sciences, yoga and frequency-based therapies. Attendees will find tools not only to heal but to recalibrate—making the event a living embodiment of balance in motion.
“If you're ready to rediscover your energetic center and step into empowered living, the NEWLIFE Expo offers more than information—it provides transformation,” adds Becker.
