After the loss of her son, Angelini began exploring grief through education, retreats, movement and shared connection. What she discovered was how many people carry grief silently while trying to continue functioning normally.

“Holding grief alone can make people feel disconnected,” she says. “Something changes when people realize they are not the only ones carrying it.”
