What changed Judith Costa’s life was the idea that we have a soul mate with whom we share a bond of unconditional love. She is passionate about helping others find their soul mates, and does so in her How to Find Your Soul Mate workshop she teaches worldwide.

Costa is presenting her new workshops in NYC at the Quest Bookshop on September 4, 9, 13 and 14. She created Fall in Love…with Yourself! to help participants discover what self-love is and how connected it is to happiness.

Her Dream Interpretation workshop is based on the idea that dreams are a wonderful tool for self-growth. Costa teaches how to use dreams to know oneself better and to solve everyday problems.

For those interested in improving their relationships, Costa and Laurie Lawson have designed Create the Relationship You Want with Points of You, during which participants learn and have fun while getting answers they want regarding their relationships.

Costa is a love and life coach, lecturer, seminar leader and author of the upcoming book How I Found My Soul Mates. She uses different tools with her clients, such as coaching, past-life regression, astrology, the akashic records and dream interpretation.
