Judith Costa, a life coach, author and speaker, will lead two upcoming workshops at Quest Bookshop: “How to Find Your Soul Mate” on September 26 and “Dream Interpretation” on September 24.

Costa says she’s passionate about helping others find their Soul Mates, as she successfully did. For the past 14 years she’s been researching “the eternal connections between soul mates,” and she teaches seminars on the topic worldwide. “In the seminar, you will learn the method to find your soul mate, and how to prepare yourself for their arrival in your life,” she says.

“You will also work on identifying and releasing anything that can be holding you back from finding true love.” The Dream Interpretation workshop “will allow you to understand the importance of your dreams in your process of self-growth, and how to interpret them,” she says. “You will also learn how to practice active dreaming.”

Costa has master’s degrees in psychology and psychotherapy. In her seminars and private sessions, she uses various tools such as coaching, the Akashic records, past-life regression, astrology and dream interpretation.
