New eBook on Pregnancy Nutrition Launched

Houlie, a registered dietitian nutritionist and founder of My Fruitful Body Nutrition, says a huge focus of her practice is family nutrition. “As a mom who experienced the benefits of what a nutritious diet can do throughout pregnancy, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with other families and those desiring to become parents,” she explains.
