In observance of Women's Health Month, we focus on the distinctive and potent path of women's well-being. Women's bodies undergo continuous change due to cycles, life phases, and times of stress and rejuvenation. Hormones are a key component at the core of many of these alterations.

Hormonal balance influences everything from mood and energy to sleep, weight and mental clarity. However, many women suffer in silence from symptoms that are often ignored or misunderstood. The good news? Support is available; even small lifestyle changes can make a big difference. I know in my own life my mood and outlook has often been shaped by hormonal influences. Once I realized what factors were influencing my mood, I was able to find ways to elevate and balance them and it made a world of difference. 

Our writers offer practical tips to help women feel more in tune with and comfortable with their bodies, ranging from mindfulness and endocrine disruptor detoxification to movement and diet.
